This individual will potentially be documenting current processes that will be turned over to the implementation partner that will be used to build functionality. Have experience in documenting processes using different media sources (Visio, Miro, Journey Mapping, etc.) Needs to have experience in leading UAT efforts up to including: Documentation of Test Cases Leading UAT Efforts Needs to have experience in training end users up to including: Leading training sessions Training documentation Higher Education Experience Because this project involves understanding the admissions process in a university setting, having experience in working in higher education is a plus. Common Application Grading Process Transcripts Admissions and Enrollment Marketing Experience Because another part of the work involved will include migrating off the current marketing system (Marketos) to a new platform it will be important to know marketing terminology and/or have some experience working in marketing projects. Should be familiar with: Marketing Communications Lead Generation Needs to be able to keep track and control of the scope, while still being able to identify issues that are important to the scope and beyond and document these issues for further analysis and research.
