Job Title: Sr. iOS Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Must Haves: * Modern iOS libraries & tooling * Swift * SwiftUI and UIKit * SDK Development * GitHub Actions * Secure development best practices * STRONG leadership & communication Job Description: Participates in period planning and creating iteration plans as well as objectives. Develops and commits to team period objectives and goals. Conducts research, design, prototyping, and other exploration activities to support dev/prep phase. Collaborates with the Kroger Product Manager to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria. Participates in design. Reviews design strategy with Consultant Technical Lead. Leverages paired programming to write code and automated acceptance test cases. Works with the Kroger Product Manager to confirm that the code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality, writing the code. Adheres to Kroger standards regarding code quality and uses design and coding best practices to build high-quality components and services. Participates in code reviews. Follows defined branching strategies. Checks new code into the shared source code repository meeting branching guideline requirements. Collaborates with Consultants Quality Assurance on test case creation.
