Experience with AML and Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) is required. Experience writing SQL queries on Oracle and Cloud/Databricks. Proven track record of leading complex data management initiatives in a regulated financial services environment. Experience with data governance frameworks, data modeling, and data quality management tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to mentor and develop team members. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
