Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D operations and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certification in disaster recovery planning or related fields is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with advanced BMS technologies and platforms. Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA, EMA, and other relevant standards.
