Job Description: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cognos Report Studio, Framework Manager, and other Cognos tools, as well as expertise in working with SAP/Hana databases. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in designing Cognos Framework Manager (FM) models and developing reports, and dashboards using Cognos in an enterprise database platform. Over 2 years of experience in writing SQL. Full understanding of the report development lifecycle from an operational database into a Data Warehouse, resulting in a Cognos report. Framework Manager Modification: Modify Cognos Framework Manager to facilitate the migration of reports, queries, and dashboards from SAP AFS-based data models to SAP S4/Hana data models. Version Migration: Migrate existing reports, queries, and dashboards from Cognos version 11.1.7 to 11.2.4 Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more areas within the department as needed. Technical Skills: Exposure to database integration techniques, including data modeling, data normalization, and other relevant data manipulation and data exchange technologies is a plus. Certifications: Cognos Certification is a plus.
