Proficiency with MS Project, MS Project Server, and MS Office Suite Responsibilities: Conduct the analysis and design phases of various projects, ensuring thorough assessment and strategic planning. Perform secondary assessments of client needs to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment with project goals. Conduct interviews with clients, documenting findings accurately for project records. Perform detailed gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired states. Identify and document current and future state analyses, business process designs, and strategic recommendations. Provide valuable input into the development of the project, contributing to overall project success. Present status updates and recommendations to the Project Manager effectively. Interface with clients as directed, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Document requirements for business users or customers, engage in testing, and ensure user acceptance testing meets desired results. Assist in resolving problems as needed, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery in line with project deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in Process Mapping, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, and Process Design. Strong business acumen and understanding of diverse industries and business situations. Abilities: Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities independently and consistently meet deadlines. Ability to lead by influence and impact business decisions and processes. Ability to travel around the West / Southwest region of the US, as well as work in multiple client locations as needed.
