SharePoint Developer (O365) with a design eye (make things look pretty) They have a ton of great info on the site, but not much traffic and need to push folks that way, but current site is built in an old classic mode, substructure (on prem). They need to revamp/redesign hub structure, looking at cascading style sheets, make sure everything cascades through the site. They have a home page with 13 sub hubs/child hub sites by department. Doesn t believe they will need to code, so of course if they can, WONDERFUL Looking for a clean design, that can integrate with mobile capabilities.
