We Can Get You an Interview for This Position If You Have: Over 8+ years of technical development experience in one or more PeopleSoft v9.1 or v9.2 Human Capital Management System (Core HR, Workforce Administration, Workforce Development, eRecruiting, and Benefits) modules in implementations and/or upgrades. Extensive experience in analysis, design, and development utilizing PeopleSoft Tools (People Tools, Application Designer, App Engine, SQR, PS Query, PeopleCode). Knowledgeable of PeopleSoft v9.x or above modifying/creating PeopleSoft PeopleTools Application Designer objects (components, pages, records, fields, SQL, Application Engine, Application Packages, etc.). Hands on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 including at least 3 HCM modules: HR Core, eRecruitment, OnBoarding, Benefits, Payroll, Commitment Accounting, Time Labor and Absence Management. Ability to lead and facilitate discussions and collaborate with business leaders and staff to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, end users and technical staff for the various PeopleSoft Modules. Highly Skilled in use of PeopleTools development tools including PeopleCode, MetaSQL, App Designer, PS Query, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, App Engine, Workflow and Approval Framework, XMLP, temporary tables etc. Over one year (or more) of industry experience in an educational institution (school district, community college, hospital, and/or university setting). Experience developing and customizing PeopleSoft objects including designing Application Packages, Application Engines, Component Interfaces, and PeopleCode, and related software. Strong experience with AWE.
