Experience in SF EC and Time Off implementation and support in client-facing roles. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Admin: data models, picklist management, reporting, workflows, propagation, Time Off, and accruals. Hands-on with Data Model XML and configuration of Foundation/MDF Objects, Employee Files, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Creating workflow rules and managing approval workflows. Handling standard HR event transactions (hire, rehire, terminate, etc.). Setting up holiday calendars, work schedules, and Time Off rules (Proration, Carry Forward). Knowledge of Onboarding 2.0, Offboarding, and Cross Boarding. Exposure to Advanced Reporting/People Analytics and Integration Center/SFTP. Qualifications: Proven SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support experience. work availability in NY or NJ.
