Must: Migrate from the iSeries to UKG WFM Pro and replace all of our clocks with new UKG DX clocks. We are looking for an expert to implement UKG WFM Pro/Dimension who can be our advocate during this migration. Need atleast 12+ years experience SME level The UKG Solution Architect operates as a leader and change agent within the IT organization is currently utilizing Kronos iSeries timekeeping solution with 4500 clocks. We have decided to migrate from the iSeries to UKG WFM Pro and replace all of our clocks with new UKG DX clocks. We are looking for an expert to implement UKG WFM Pro/Dimension who can be our advocate during this migration. We have signed an agreement with UKG to be our implementer, but we want someone who is extremely knowledgeable in the UKG ECO System to be our advocate for implementing this solution. This individual should be a team player who possesses excellent communication skills and can interact with management at all levels from CIO, VP, Terminal Managers, Clerks, IT, Training and Operations. Our organization values transparency and we want to be empowered so that we can take ownership for the UKG solution on day one. We dont want you to just do it for us, we want you to train us so we can do it ourselves and then you can work on more strategic items for us. Note: We want you to leverage UKG best practices when implementing the solution, but our organization is not a Boomi or Google data shop so we dont care to be experts in those technologies. We want to OPTIMIZE our UKG implementation so utilize those integration to improve performance for UKG is fine, but whenever possible we would love to ensure that we can feed the data to our internal data repository. Note: Our HCM/Benefits/payroll are all in Oracle Fusion so we need to ensure that are building a solution that can most effectively harness the best capabilities of UKG & Oracle to create a best in class experience for our workforce of 23,000+ employees.
