Job Title : TIBCO Developer Location: 100% remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years' experience with Tibco Mainframe Focus or WebFocus is mandatory. Experience with MS Power BI is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven experience in developing programs using mainframe Focus. Proficiency in developing processes and reports using WebFocus. Familiarity with IBM mainframe and Job Control Language (JCL). Strong SQL skills and experience with IBM DB2 relational database management system. Solid understanding of data governance best practices. Experience in creating reports that present financial data such as general ledger, purchasing, or revenue data. Strong analytical skills for creating data reports based on end-user requirements. Understanding of implementing solutions with multiple data sources. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiarity with modern reporting tools such as MS Power BI, IBM Cognos, and Tableau. Knowledge of the SCRUM Framework. Experience with financial systems such as ERP. Understanding of data management concepts such as Data Warehousing, Operational Data Stores, Data Lakes, and Master Data Management.
