Candidates must be onsite 3 days per week for first month to train up quickly with Westfield systems then can move to 2-3 days once a month onsite and attend all PI Planning events as scheduled. 7+ Years experience in IT is needed. 3+ Years experience in Data Modeling (Erwin) is needed. Conceptual, Logical and Physical data models experience. Need a Modeler that is able to figure things out with very little direction. Property & Casualty insurance experience (Preferred) or at least be familiar with it. Communicate at all levels. Should have been Data Analyst prior to being Data Modeler. Highly skilled at building complex conceptual, logical and physical data models which are visual representations of an enterprises business data. Experience with Erwin or other modeling tools is required. Highly skilled at systematically applying logical reasoning techniques to query, inspect, cleanse, profile and study data in structured, semi-structured, and unstructured formats for the purpose of deriving knowledge to support business decision-making and mapping data between source and target systems to support application integrations. Highly skilled at SQL Programming with the ability to perform the most complex queries against relational databases in an efficient manner. Knowledgeable at transforming data into compelling, meaningful and appealing visualizations, such as graphs, dashboards and reports, using intuitive industry visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Excel). Knowledgeable at designing and developing meta data models, frameworks, dimensions, reporting objects, templates, drill downs all within the Cognos Framework Manager, Reporting and Dashboard applications. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field or commensurate experience. Ability to travel as required.
