Job Title: Salesforce Product Owner Job Location: Remote Long term contract Certificate salesforces 12 years of experience and Salesforce experience in any industry, financial services. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and technical capabilities with an ability to participate in technical integration and product features discussions. Executes on Salesforce product strategy and roadmap as determined by Salesforce Product Manager, business leaders, stakeholders, and user groups. Contributes to the roadmap development. Assists with requirements gathering effort on epics and documents story details based on the epics. Proposes solutions to stated business problems, assesses alternative solutions and identifies gaps based on knowledge of Salesforce. Translates and conveys the overall business vision determined by the Salesforce Product Manager into technical requirements and tactics for development. Collaborates with key stakeholders, user groups and/or management to gather and support prioritization of complex requirements, providing recommendations, as appropriate. Collaboration with Salesforce Product Manager and other Salesforce Product owners to determine priorities of Salesforce backlog and works to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle. Provides subject matter expertise to clarify development requirements. Leverages data to influence and measure the overall adoption strategy to ensure deliverables, ROI, and key objectives are met. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required) 3 - 5+ Years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a product-related role within a development team that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
