Duration: 6-12 month CTH Visa; USC or GC Only MOi; Skype Job Description: Manager Notes- Looking for: -PEGA certified architect -5+ years of experience -Healthcare/insurance experience is a plus We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Pega solutions, including workflow automation and BPM (Business Process Management) applications. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to design and develop Pega applications that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices. Technical Design: Create technical designs for Pega applications based on business requirements and use cases. Workflow Automation: Develop and optimize workflows to automate business processes using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander). Integration: Integrate Pega applications with other enterprise systems and databases. Customization: Customize Pega applications to align with organizational needs and user requirements. Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process, system specifications, and operational procedures. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Pega applications, addressing any issues and implementing enhancements as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions. Training & Mentoring: Mentor junior developers and provide training on Pega development best practices and standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega application development. Certification: Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Pega PRPC and related tools. o Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). o Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server. o Understanding of integration technologies and methodologies (REST/SOAP, JMS, etc.). Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. o Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in a similar industry or domain.
