Job Title: IT Project Manager (AMI)

Location: Irving Place, NYC

Duration: 12months

MOI: Skype

Temporary remote for 3 months and will work onsitesoon

(Mustbe a local candidate in NYC, NJ, CT and PA)

Skills &Requirements
Provide project management support to the AMI IT Group with the ongoing and future projects, coordinate and developing presentation materials for various types of meetingsand ensure team adheres to project timeline.
Schedule meetings to review the new project request thru the in-take formand work with AMI and various teams to obtain Level of Effort (LOE) and review with the leadership for approval. Once approved, update the in-take form and AMI project roadmap accordingly. Communicate the leadership decision to the project team.
Continue to update summary plan as well as inform AMI IT Team of any newchanges to the AMI summary plan especially if any issues arise. Escalate to appropriate personnel/leadership when work items encounter issues thatrequiring intervention from IT Team.
Lead AMI IT PMO monthly status and bi-weekly AMI legacy team meeting tocollect project status from various group and maintain the project and summaryplan.
Maintain and update the Risk, Action, Issue, Dependency (RAID) log and communicateto appropriate personnel/leadership.
Work with project teams and corporate IT PMO team to organize work items,manage and ensure accuracy for work item documentation, and report status on arecurring basis.
Meet with all project stake holders to ensure that all the projects are runningas planned and on-schedule.
Coordinate with project team to consolidate the cut-over plan and lead thecutover activities.
Must have strong knowledge in Microsoft suite Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects & SharePoint.
The following are notrequired for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in apotential candidate.
4 years' experience inPMO related activities like planning, organizing, gathering project updates andreporting status related to projects to various levels of project team.
Able to closely follow project development and track that each stage iscompleted appropriately and within time and budget.
Ability to analyze and report project information to senior management to guidetheir decision-making.
Ability to organize work streams that need to be performed in order for a highpriority project to be executed successfully.
Must be able to interact with all levels of management and effectivelycommunicate to technical and non-technical audience.
Ability to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities while meetingdeadlines.
Must be flexible and able to work weekend/off-hours if required to supportcut-over activities.
Experience in creating presentation materials and executive summaries to seniormanagement.
Ability to work independently as well as in team environment.
