Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Service Cloud, Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management. Knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) is preferred. Knowledge of Oracle eBS in the above-mentioned areas is preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Digital Experience (Communities). Knowledge of Sales Cloud is preferred. Uses knowledge of business and systems processes in problem analysis. Ability to design and manage complex integrations between multiple CRM and ERP systems, including, but not limited to Oracle and Salesforce. Ability to influence stakeholders by using data and knowledge of systems and processes. relationships with coworkers, managers and clients Experience with reporting platforms like Tableau is preferred.
