COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION IS BELOW FOR YOUR REVIEW: Role Title: EBX Architect Hiring Mode: Contract (TP) Location: Remote Job description: Provide thought leadership in implementing state of the art solutions using EBX, a market leading multi-domain, multi-vector Master Data Management software that allows to manage and govern master data, reference data and metadata for multiple personas in an organization Lead discovery workshops, Clienthitecture and design practices, end-to-end implementation of EBX software and analyze and implement hardware/software specifications Work with customers in the areas of data management, data virtualization, data quality, data integration and analytics Be an independent contributor and develop high quality production ready solutions Own all aspects of implementation for features, from design to development, deployment to production, support and maintenance Onshore/ offshore coordination, support testing and provide guidance on solution deployments Work and manage customer expectations independently and may work with more than one customer as a Solution owner to delivery successful business outcomes and value realization to customer investment Work with team members and managers to monitor the overall quality and timeliness of project delivery Gather and provide project cost estimates, and prepare proposals and estimate the cost of HCLTech solution deliverables May need to travel depending on Organization needs and/or Customer requirements Technical / Soft Skills: BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent); MS desirable. 10+ years of development background 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions preferably with EBX (at least 2 end-to-end EBX Project implementations) Worked as an EBX (or similar MDM platform) Architect with hands on experience on EBX and architecture of MDM solutions Broad awareness of the TIBCO capability, services and products. Experience in installation, configuration, sizing, administration and maintenance (patches/upgrades) of EBX or similar MDM EBX Certification and knowledge of other TIBCO products. Industry leading cloud certifications and hands-on experience of delivering EBX projects (or similar MDM platforms) in cloud native platform Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate. Establish and manage an architecture Governance framework. Expert in understanding and implementing various EBX Add-ons like Insight, Match and Merge, Digital Asset, etc. Proactive analytical expertise and problem-solving approach. Strong service orientation. Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership of the entire project team. Demonstrated ability to make appropriate project-level scoping and prioritization decisions. Broad knowledge of various domains and industry use cases, especially in the Data Quality and Data Governance areas Demonstrated expert level skills in system performance analysis and capacity planning. Design and implement Data Quality and Data Virtualization solutions using TIBCO Data Quality and Data Virtualization products. Demonstrated proficiency in JMS, SQL, JAVA, XML and HTML. Working experience in creating custom extensions and custom authentication and authorization solutions using EBX APIs Good knowledge of Cloud Computing technologies like AWS/Azure/GCP and/or Docker/Kubernetes TOGAF certification is desirable but not essential. Demonstrated skills in DevOps principles.
