Scrum Master Location- Onsite in Las Vegas, NV or Orlando FL (Relocation Works) Duration: 6+Months Visa- No H1B Job Summary: The Scrum Master will guide and support Agile teams in the effective implementation of Scrum practices. They will work closely with Product Owners and Development Teams to deliver high-quality products through iterative development, continuous improvement, and removing impediments. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress and ensure smooth workflow. Guide the Team: Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, helping them to become self-organizing and high-performing. Support the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, refining user stories, and ensuring a clear and prioritized backlog. Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage continuous improvement within the team through retrospectives and feedback loops. Ensure Accountability: Help the team establish clear goals for each sprint and track progress against these goals. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between the team and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Metrics and Reporting: Track and communicate team metrics to understand progress and areas for improvement. Foster a Collaborative Environment: Promote a culture of collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect within the team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile practices. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
