We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Project Manager with strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity to join our Operations/REV Drive Thru Innovation Team. This role is pivotal in transforming our business by enhancing the operating system through innovative ideas and solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of our Drive Thru Voice Ordering system, aimed at simplifying and reimagining the Team Member and Customer Drive Thru experience. Daily Responsibilities: Lead strategic development and execution from concept phase to national launch. Independently lead multiple cross-functional teams across various departments including Integration, Finance, Technology, Vendor, Communication, Engineering, Training, Quality Assurance, and Reporting Partners. Maintain a restaurant-level perspective for both company-owned and franchise units to streamline complexity and facilitate successful change management across 7,000+ restaurants. Act as a liaison between the Field and Restaurant Support Center teams to gather insights that inform necessary changes to streamline the operating system and enhance engagement at all levels. Utilize field insights to challenge existing processes and methods, offering recommendations for improvement. Travel to test markets (approximately 15%-25% travel) to gather and provide feedback to teams and assess program execution. Ensure awareness and mitigation of potential risks associated with assigned initiatives. Minimum Requirements: Ability to formulate and communicate strategic vision. 4+ years of project management experience in restaurant or technology initiatives. Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred. Strong logical and strategic thinking abilities. Proactive approach to developing creative solutions. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, fostering strong partnerships with team members. Resourceful nature, with a knack for problem-solving and customer service. Ability to influence stakeholders effectively, engaging in constructive conflict to achieve desired outcomes. Strong organizational skills, capable of working independently, multitasking, and adapting to change in a complex, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Innate drive, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and a desire to make a significant impact on our organization. Proficiency in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in the QSR/Fast Casual/Restaurant industry. MBA and/or PMP certification.
