Close FY 2022-2024 in CAPPS. Write procedures for year-end close and rollover. CAPPS Asset Management module year-end close and depreciation process. Evaluate statewide GL and Trial Balance reports to see if they meet TDAs needs or build CAPPS reports (i.e. Business Objects and Query Manager) to meet TDAs needs. Fix some CAPPS budget reports that the CPA developed for TDA, but that have errors in the data being reported. Work with TDA staff to reconcile USAS and CAPPS activity on a monthly basis in the most efficient manner. Write procedures for CAPPS month-end close process. Works independently and in coordination with TDA staff as assigned, to perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. II.
