I wanted to reach out to you and see if you have suitable candidates for HBITS-05-13441 - Business Analyst with PeopleSoft HCM with one of our clients in Albany, NY Day 1 onsite in Albany, NY Business Analyst with PeopleSoft HCM Must have 4 yrs of experience utilizing PeopleSoft HCM Pay rate: $60/hr on C2C Please find the below JD Job Title: HBITS-05-13441 - Business Analyst with PeopleSoft HCM Duration: 24 months Location: Albany, NY(Day 1 onsite) Pay rate: $60/hr on C2C Requested Qualifications 84 Months Experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholders business needs using a variety of analysis techniques and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development. 84 Months Experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications. 84 Months Experience facilitating requirement workshops, JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs, practicing effective communication to ensure requirements are understood, conveyed, and met. 48 months experience utilizing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) 24 months experience with the developing test plans for the project and with overseeing system changes or enhancements to ensure user and program requirements are met. 36 months experience with fit / gap analyses (business needs vs delivered COTS functionality) to assess the need for customization of a proposed COTS products like Enterprise resource planning (ERP) e.g., Salesforce, PeopleSoft, CRM, Service Management) tools. 24 Months experience working on application integration or data integration initiatives.
