Manage and administer Linux systems: Build system initialization and configuration scripts as needed. Develop automation scripts: Create scripts and other tools to automate routine tasks and streamline application deployment and management. Implement and manage containerized deployment pipelines: Work on both local and cloud development and testing environments. Develop and maintain monitoring and logging systems: Enhance the development, testing, and observability of applications. Improve test automation tool pipelines: Focus on speed, reliability, and reporting. Collaborate with teams: Work closely with developer teams and project management to align DevOps strategies with organizational goals. Document processes and procedures: Ensure comprehensive documentation for application building, testing, and deployment. Qualifications: Experience: Must have at least 10+ years of experience in DevOps, spanning across multiple tools and techniques. CI/CD processes: Proven experience in developing CI/CD processes for application building, testing, and deployment. CI/CD frameworks: Experience with GitLab CI/CD or in-depth experience with multiple other CI/CD frameworks. Programming languages: Strong experience developing software in multiple programming languages, with JavaScript preferred and Elixir as a plus. Containerized deployment tools: Strong experience with Docker and Podman preferred, Kubernetes a plus. Monitoring and logging systems: Experience in implementing and configuring these systems, with familiarity with Datadog as a plus. Cloud infrastructure deployment: Experience preferred, with Azure as a plus. Test automation tools: Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, with familiarity with Cypress as a plus.
