Skills must include understanding how to gather and document requirements, a working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, working under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment, and familiarity with the use of standard market testing tools. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 9 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a clear system map for a new case management system implementation.
