The teams are divided into smaller groups for management, but the work is completed in a matrixed environment based on the skills of the staff and work to be completed. Required Technologies: COBOL, DB2, mainframe Nice to Have: Native CICS, IMS DB Day to Day: Ideal candidate will be working on the core commercial (non-government) claims systems conducting analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of business requirements. The candidate will be responsible for working in a team environment and must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must be able to work well under pressure and possess strong interpersonal skills/team building. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees across IT. The candidate must show initiative and a desire to learn and grow within the team on the assignments given. Soft Skills: Must have good verbal and written skills.
