Job Title : Salesforce Lead with Education Cloud exp is must Location: Chicago, IL (Remote) Duration : Long Term contract Education Cloud experience is must Job Description : As a Salesforce Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that meet our organization's business needs. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development technologies, particularly Apex and Lightning, to drive innovation and excellence in our Salesforce ecosystem. Additionally, proficiency in secondary skills such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and integrations will be highly valued. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for our Salesforce platform, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives. Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using both Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura. Mentor junior developers and provide training on Salesforce development best practices. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and quality assurance teams, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a primary focus on Apex and Lightning. Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and experience with Aura framework. Experience designing and implementing integrations with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration patterns. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder are highly desirable. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
