Used Building Broker portals on a day-to-day basis in the extranet (companys external website) and intranet sites (i.e. Broker site), and improving the process of adding and modifying forms/ marketing materials. Job Description Masters degree in Business Administration. Must to have experience in Commercial insurance with Api integration expert Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with expertise in underwriting and broking placement and claims processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to broking and claims processes. Responsibilities: 1. Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing global underwriting and broking placement and claims processes. Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains to support the overall transformation goals. 2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the transformation programme. Ensure alignment of requirements with the broader goals of the organization. 3. Transformation Planning: Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop project plans for the implementation of underwriting and broking placement and claims initiatives. Contribute to the development of a roadmap for the transformation programme. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to underwriting and broking placement and claims initiatives. Develop and maintain reports that provide key performance indicators for the transformation programme. 5. Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions. Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing processes. 6. Change Management: Support change management initiatives related to the transformation programme. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
