From: avinash, stellentit [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : OnBase Systems Administrator LOCATION: TALLAHASSEEE, FLORIDA (ONSITE) Job Type : Contract dont share any profile who don't have highlited skills MUST Have : Office 365 Windows servers Active Directory Hyland OnBase virtual server TERM: 7/1-6/30/25 WITH RENEWAL YEARS ELIGIBLE General Experience Expectations: Three (3) to five (5) years of IT work experience requiring expertise in OnBase administration Scope of Work/Job Characteristics The Database Administrators will serve as the principal line of communication for the project team. The duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows: Analyze server performance to identify resource contention and recommend changes or upgrades as needed to ensure optimization; Perform Active Directory management activities; Develop and maintain technical specifications, standards, procedures, and systems documentation; Inventory, document, install, and maintain OnBase applications on servers and assist users with access; Research and recommend appropriate technical solutions to meet functional requirements; Provide recommendations for possible process improvements within the OnBase team; Create schedules for the development and implementation of OnBase systems; Develop system test plans to ensure OnBase software meets design criteria; and Perform additional Database Administrator tasks as required by the Department. Work Environment Location The work will be conducted on-site with the Department's OIT in the Carlton Building at 501 South Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Florida. Provided Equipment The Department will provide furnished office space, computer equipment, licensed software, access to the Department's network, and internet access. Requirements/Qualifications The Department is seeking two (2) full-time, on-site Database Administrators throughout the PO term of this RFQ. The required qualifications and preferred qualifications are described in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 and must be verifiable in the Candidates resume. NOTE: Any successful Candidate with access to the Department's network is required to complete the Department's Security Awareness Training within 30 calendar days of hire. Required Education and Qualifications A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience is required. Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis when applicable. The Department requires the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position: Five (5) or more years of Hyland OnBase software experience; Server administration experience with three (3) or more years administering Windows servers; Five (5) or more years of Active Directory & Domain Name System (DNS) administration experience in an enterprise environment with 1,000 or more users; Experience working in a virtual server environment; Experience installing, maintaining, and supporting Hyland OnBase software and modules; Possess a valid OnBase Systems Administrator certification; and Proficient in configuration and administration of Hyland OnBase software and modules. NOTE: In addition to the above list, the selected Candidates must successfully complete a Level II Background Check and obtain their Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification within 6 months of the start date. Preferred Qualifications The Department prefers the Candidates to have the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position: Five (5) or more years of experience administering Server 2008/2012 Active Directory Domain Services; Two (2) or more years of experience in Office 365 administration; Experience preparing status reports and providing management briefings; Certification in any of the following: Hyland OnBase Advanced Systems Administration certification, Hyland OnBase WorkFlow Administrator Professional certification, or Hyland OnBase WorkView Administrator Professional certification; Experience with servers and systems utilized in a criminal justice environment; Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment; Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance; Knowledge of integrating OnBase with other enterprise systems and databases; and Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in OnBase customizations, such as C#.
