Strong understanding of MES integration Proven ability to write clear and concise design documents. Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a Delta V Automation Engineer for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing client in the Holly Springs, NC area. This individual will serve as the SME for Delta V control systems supporting vaccine manufacturing. This position will be onsite Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Responsibilities Serve as the primary Delta V batch person within the organization, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Delta V control systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and translate them into Delta V programming logic. Integrate Delta V systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure seamless data flow and process control. Create detailed design documents, including functional specifications, configuration details, and test plans. Scope out project areas and durations for the initial 6 months, identifying critical milestones and resource requirements. Work closely with other teams (e.g., engineering, quality, production) to ensure successful project execution. Communicate effectively and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and stakeholders.
