Strong Knowledge on Invoicing, AR, Tax, Credit Management. Knowledge of standard interfaces and customization principles for these modules. Nice to Have: Trade Management (OZF) and Pricing (QP). Excellent communication skills to talk to the business users to understand the issue and provide appropriate resolution. Excellent Troubleshooting and Debugging skills for the above EBS Modules. SQL/ PLSQL skills to write queries as needed for trouble shooting. Ability to work across multiple teams to resolve production issues. Able to pick up other technologies as needed to support the end-to-end flow of data in/out of Oracle EBS. On Call Support for Production Issues.
