Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and maintaining WFM systems, with strong knowledge of scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance modules. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify system issues. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Project Management: Experience in managing or supporting WFM software implementation projects is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Certifications related to Workforce Management software or related HRIS systems. HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies and workforce management best practices. Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, or other sectors with complex workforce management needs.
