Need candidates LinkedIn Title- Software Engineer (Oracle) Duration- 6+ Months Location- Helena, MT - Onsite [ Local ] MOI - Skype. Additional Information: Candidate MUST have at least 12 years of total IT experience* Candidates with Public Health & Human Services are desired Copies of certifications Highly desired candidates local to Montana but we can submit candidates open to relocate Mandatory Skills: Developer should have 3+ years development experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and conventional SQL Developer should have 3+ years development experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, prefer 12c+ experience. Developer has experience maintaining complex Oracle Forms/Reports (>30 artifacts) systems. Developer has one year or more experience developing/maintaining accounting, billing, or medical billing software. One or more years development experience with other reporting tools, scripting, and/or SQL Server development. Experience with git or subversion version control. Experience with a modern reporting tool (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Pentaho) Desirable: Developer has some experience with additional reporting tools (Pentaho and/or Tableau preferred) Experience in programming/maintaining accounting and/or billing systems preferred but not required Experience with Microsoft SQL Server preferred but not required Experience with Linux scripting (bash and or ksh) preferred but not required Responsibilities: Maintain the operational system with data and programming fixes. Enhance the existing medical billing system. Document business requirements to assist with ultimate replacement by COTS EHR system Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming, both in client and database server. Knowledge of accounting preferred. Knowledge of medical billing preferred. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
