Job Description

This Analyst will focus on our Customer Engage Platform and other enterprise software to improve associate experiences. This role is responsible for creating an inclusive experience by guiding to improve usability and accessibility for customers and prospective customers who use assistive technologies. The candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with business groups and UX Research team. Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders so they understand the why behind design decisions. Provides accessibility expert guidance to UX Design, UX Content, UX Engineers and Technology developers,

Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a Digital User Analyst
Native mobile experience
Manual testing Mobile devices app
Jira experience
Business process mapping experience
Gather requirements.
Capable of positively representing the team to the rest of the organization

Soft Skills/Bonus
Possesses a keen ability to look holistically at business needs and technical capabilities to devise intuitive design solutions.
Drives adoption of new design patterns and incorporates them into existing design standards, guidelines, web policies and best practices.
Takes initiative on projects to encourage stakeholders to utilize the best possible designs regardless of technical or legal constraints.
