The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes on Google Cloud Platform. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions. Perform data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making. Optimize and troubleshoot GCP services to ensure high availability and performance. Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met. Create and maintain documentation for data processes, infrastructure, and best practices. Stay updated with the latest GCP services, tools, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a GCP Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts. Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Google Cloud Platform certification. Experience in the retail industry or with retail data analytics. Knowledge of machine learning and AI tools on GCP.
