The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Architect and Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices. Solution Development: Develop and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows, including customization and integration with other systems. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality delivery of ServiceNow projects. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other architects to understand requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Platform Management: Oversee the maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, scalability, and performance. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the ServiceNow platform and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Compliance and Security: Ensure that ServiceNow solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and administrators, ensuring effective use of the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ITSM and ITIL processes, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and other relevant certifications. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations. ITIL Knowledge: Deep understanding of ITIL principles and best practices. Architecture Skills: Proven experience in designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide technical leadership. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other ITSM tools and platforms. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments. Experience in managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
