The successful candidate will be comfortable working with collaborators to understand the whole context, develop strategies, and ensure that the delivery is scalable, reliable, and available. Responsibilities: Architecture governance, principles, design standards, policies, and procedures that encourage innovation through automation & AI, whilst prioritizing security, reliability, and scalability across on-premises and cloud like Hyperscalers Highly automating and improving IT operational processes for service provisioning, configuration, and management. Develop operational data monitoring, analysis, and automated remediation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability. Invest time with other teams, including application development and infrastructure teams, to support business applications and processes in new ways. Skills Designing and implementing sophisticated enterprise-level solutions. Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) through DevOps, and tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible. Performance monitoring and observability through platforms such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana. Tier 1 vendor technologies both on-premise and cloud, including Kubernetes & containers at scale.
