Must have hands on experience with migrating databases to SQL server using SQL server migration assistant (SSMA). Must have experience in converting databases & objects of monolithic applications to a microservice landscape. Should have thorough knowledge and understanding of real-time CDC replication using tools like Qlik replicate or precisely connect. Should be capable of leading a team of data engineers to archive unused databases & file systems to low-cost storage options on-prem or cloud. Should be completely aware of the data security regulations within the healthcare industry like PHI/PII and design solutions accordingly. Should have experience leading large scale data migration projects, understanding boundary system impacts, communicating promptly with all stakeholders and identifying risks/mitigation strategies.
