Senior Technical Product Manager ( must have exp with banking domain, platform/product roadmap) Key Responsibilities Develop platform/product visions from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends. Decompose business requirements into features and functions for the platform/product roadmap using the Working Backwards method. Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define business requirements details. Collect and share user stories with engineering teams. Act as the voice of the business customer and manage platform services. Translate data requirements into technical solutions. Own and manage the working backwards document and vision for features. Elicit and decompose business requirements into user stories and platform requirements. Coordinate internal forums to identify feature-level development opportunities. Prioritize the backlog and define acceptance criteria for user stories. Use runtime metrics as feedback into the backlog and balance priorities against new feature requests. Own and manage product documentation. Enable self-service support and reduce overhead. Use research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to inform the backlog. Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance. Monitor feature development, adjust as needed, and prepare launches. Review product demos against acceptance criteria. Support and participate in post-launch reviews and ensure feedback is reincorporated. Mentor team members and assist with candidate selection and onboarding. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data modeling. Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, data integration, and transformation tools. Experience in data product development, analytical models, and model governance. Ability to create strategies for data utilization and governance. Strong project management skills and understanding of complex information product constructs. Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
