Job Description: Join our team as a Technical Security Analyst, contributing to the operations of our Vulnerability Management team with a focus on maintaining the security of State of Michigan data. - Plan, schedule, implement, and manage scalable vulnerability scans using advanced scanning tools tailored for high-complexity devices. - Troubleshoot technical issues associated with scans to ensure safe and efficient scanning processes with minimal impact on scan targets. - Provide support for vulnerability management scanning and reporting tools to ensure their effective operation. - Conduct internal vulnerability audits across various systems including servers, network devices, and applications. - Collaborate with internal and external auditors, furnishing comprehensive details on remediation efforts. - Develop integrations to merge vulnerability management data with other enterprise services within the State of Michigan. - Perform data analysis on vulnerability management data, often integrating it with diverse data sources to evaluate the efficacy of vulnerability remediation efforts.
