JOB DESCRIPTION: Scrum Master Location: San Diego,CA Contact Must have: Medical Devise Effectively lead and facilitating scrum and scaled agile ceremonies for multiple scrum teams and deliver on our Development Backlog Coordinate/manage dependencies and help remove impediments. Ensuring all work is tracked in the backlog for both PI and sprint planning - accurately tracks/balances work across team members. Leading and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, e.g., backlog maintenance, DoR/DoD, sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives. Bachelor in relevant technical field. M.S. degree preferred. Previous hands-on software development experience is required. 3+ years experience in a scrum master role or similar role.
