Job Title: Fullstack Developer - with NodeJS Location: NYC (3 days onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Job Summary: Seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology team for the worlds largest health coaching school. The position will be a contract, of limited duration, and in-house. Duties/Responsibilities: Contribute to our platform by leveraging your considerable javascript, Node.js, Typescript and CMS (especially HubSpot) experience, along with your general e-commerce knowledge. Develop HubSpot modules, sections, and components with an eye toward reusability; build pages and new features Help build integrations between Shopify and HubSpot via Shopify APIs Help evolve front-end experiences using modern UI/UX best practices and understanding of compliance standards like ADA WCAG. Contribute to the overall software development ecosystem by recommending process changes, CI/CD practices,writing tests, and adhering to evolving standards. Build integrations with other 3rd party systems as needed, including AWS, Salesforce, ESPs, Zapier. Perform frequent code reviews. Required Skills/Abilities: BA/BS degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years experience with HubSpot or other CMS. 3+ years' experience with JavaScript. 1+ years experience working with AWS. Experience with issue/project management software (JIRA or similar). Experience with Node and Typescript development. Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Strong collaborative instincts. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Proven time management skills to ensure that tasks and documents are delivered according to schedule. Strong working knowledge/experience with Agile methodologies and Git best practices.
