Experience in designing the framework like Web driver IO, TestNG Experience with automation framework tools like Appium, Selenium on Tech Stack Flutter. Experience with Mobile Cloud test lab AWS Device Farm, pCloudy, Firebase, SauceLabs Browser Stack etc. Build and maintain scripts in Java/Java script and run them on regular basis. Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and reporting integration with Jira, slack, and other tools. Versioning and code build tools like Git, SVN Understanding of TDD and BDD. Responsibilities: Lead a team of functional testers in testing web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Be hands-on and conduct functional testing, coordination, and team leadership in a multi-vendor environment. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and user stories. Identify, prioritize, and report defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with offshore teams to coordinate testing activities and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives. Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions to provide input on testability and quality aspects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on testing progress and issues. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Requirements: 9 to 12 years of experience in functional testing of web and mobile applications. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Proficient in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of working effectively with offshore teams in a distributed development environment. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
