From: sonali gupta, KPG 99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : Senior IT PM Location : Parsippany NJ OR NYC office Hybrid 2 days remote Duration : 4+ Month Contract (current project goes until Mid-March but there are tons of other projects after that) USC & GC Only Job Description: Technical Skills and Qualifications Agile Project Management Experience Advanced user of Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams) Experience managing IT projects budgets Experience managing multiple projects at once and jump in where needed Experience managing Global projects that involve Regulations Retail industry experience would be a huge plus Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all project management activities including planning, budgeting, tracking, and reporting Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and vendors Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Create and maintain all project documentation including the project schedule, open items list, communication plan, risk log, meeting notes, change requests, and project charters Effectively communicate project/initiative status to executives and cross functional team members Escalate project risks, issues, or barriers which may result in milestone slippage, budget overrun, or roadblocks to Senior Management Other duties as assigned.
