This role requires a hybrid work arrangement based in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and executing automated tests to ensure product quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated tests for broadband CPE and network interaction systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality test solutions. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution. Ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines are effective and efficient. Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members in best testing practices. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality. Required Experience: Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). Strong knowledge and experience with broadband CPE and network interactions. Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks. Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some onsite presence required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. Knowledge of network protocols and security.
