Hello Associates, Position: NG-911 Call Centre Telephony SME Work Location: 100% On-site Duration: 12 months (35 hours per week) Rate: Open Must Provide Three (3) Professional References; Work Authorization; and Photo ID US Citizen/Green Card only Contract to Hire (CTH) Possible Must have Skills: 12 years of Call Centre Call Handling systems experience Experience with Public Safety E-911 system Working Knowledge of NENA Next Gen 911 standards Conducted business and technical requirement analysis, testing, and execution in support of call centre campaign Managed IVR Scripting, Managing call centre clients, Performed hands-on fixes at the desktop or application level Experience developing comprehensive test plans / use cases / scenarios, define expected testing results, analyse and triage defects reported Experience supporting a major call centre system such as Vesta, Genesys, Five9, NICE CXone, Twilio, Avaya, RingCentral.
