ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred. Proven experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and ServiceNow IntegrationHub. Strong understanding of IT service management processes, ITIL framework, and industry best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used in ServiceNow development.
