Position: Program Manager Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: 10-12+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs). Drive migration execution by monitoring status, gathering stakeholder responses and needs, and progress to plan. Personality and presence to interact effectively with team members through executive-level stakeholders. Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall. Proven ability to manage complex project plans, scope, schedule, cost, quality, stakeholder communication, staffing, risks and issues. Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles. Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments. Own the outcome for the successful data transformation/migration for each cycle, not just the deliverables. Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
