The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA but is 100% remote. This is a 12-15 month contract with possibility of an extension. Ideal candidates must have prior experience in an Oracle Developer role, and experience migrating Oracle Discoverer to Orbit Analytics OR similar. Responsibilities: In this role you will be the owner and application administrator of the Oracle EBS Reporting Applications: Orbit Analytics a flexible business intelligence, reporting and analytics solution, with world-class dashboards and self-service capability and the Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework (ECC) - enabling access to a pre-selected subset of Oracle E-Business Suite information with enhanced navigation, information discovery along with visualization and exploration capabilities. Function as the Oracle Developer in an Oracle Discoverer migration project to Orbit Analytics Establish governance around Orbit Analytics (i.e. technical setup, compliance mgmt., access mgmt., application change controls, report change mgmt., help and support structure,) Define Discoverer report disposition strategy (i.e. clean up unused reports, rationalize reports, map Disco custom report to Orbit seeded report, coordinate dashboard progress monitoring with Discoverer support team. Define current state and target state.
