You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and create efficient automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Development: Build and configure UI Path processes and reusable components. Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes. Testing: Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and perform code reviews. Deployment: Deploy and maintain automation solutions across environments. Documentation: Maintain detailed technical and process documentation. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 5+ years in RPA development with UI Path. Technical Skills : Proficiency in UI Path Studio, Orchestrator; knowledge of programming languages like C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java; familiarity with SQL and version control systems. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications : UI Path certification. Experience with other RPA tools. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
