Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months Description: This role is remote with some travel to multiple locations in the Central Time Zone. Texas or Chicago-- Client will pay expenses. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Workday HCM Lead Implementation Consultant. In this role, you will lead the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) from a large partner, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation projects: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM solutions, from planning and configuration to testing and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the system. System configuration: Customize Workday HCM to meet the specific needs of our organization, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards. Project management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Troubleshooting and optimization: Identify and resolve issues, and continuously optimize the system for improved performance and user experience. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, with a proven track record of successful projects. Certification: Workday HCM Certification is required. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices. Proficiency in Workday HCM configuration and customization.
