Title: ServiceNow Programmer 3 Location: Columbus, OH-Hybrid Duration: long term Contract ** Will be required to be onsite at 1980 West Broad St, Columbus, minimum of 2 days a week. The candidate will be supporting The Ohio Department of Transportations (ODOT) Information Technology ServiceNow Delivery Team and SPECIFICALLY, THE SERVICENOW PRODUCT. This position will function as a skilled ServiceNow Developer within the Department of Information Technology. Potential projects include: Custom solutions development Service Catalog item development Enhancement & maintenance of existing custom solutions Experience Required: Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools. Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome, IE, Firefox) AngularJS experience as it relates to the Service Portal Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback. Ability to work in an Agile project management environment Mandatory Skills: 3+ years ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding experience (Ex. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, JellyScripts, etc.) 3+ years ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs (Ex: GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.) 3+ years experience building custom workflows 3+ years experience building custom UI pages using HTML/CSS/AJAX 3+ years HTML/CSS/AJAX development experience 3+ years role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging 1+ years Service Portal development (Ex: Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJs) Desired Skills: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ITIL V3 Foundations Certification Naveen Goud, Senior US IT Recruiter Halcyon Solutions Inc.
